Terms of Service

Lokation Tours is operated by Mendy Lok, a travel and events business registered in Israel (the "operator", "we", "us"). The operator is the merchant of record for every booking made through this website.

The website is a platform for selling seats on charter flights and related travel services. When you book, your contract for the travel service is with the operator.

We sell seats on charter flights operated by third-party airlines or charter operators, together with optional extras such as luggage allowance. Carriers, aircraft and routes vary from one trip to another and are shown on each trip page.

We are not an airline. Flights are carried out by the airline or charter operator named for the trip, and are subject to that carrier's own conditions of carriage.

To book, you verify your identity by email one-time code or by signing in with Google. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your sign-in details secure.

When you select seats, we place a temporary hold on them so you can complete your booking. A hold expires after a short period if the booking is not completed, and the seats are released for others.

A booking is confirmed only once it has been accepted and, where payment is required, paid in full. Some trips are limited to approved customers; for those trips you may need to request access before you can book.

All prices are shown in Israeli new shekels (ILS) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the trip page. Prices are confirmed at the time of booking.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details. A tax invoice and receipt are issued through our invoicing provider. Depending on the trip, you may be able to pay immediately, pay after approval, or reserve and pay later, as offered at checkout.

The service is digital. As soon as your payment is approved we email you a booking confirmation, and your booking details are saved in your account on the site. There is no physical ticket and no shipping fee - your booking confirmation and the passenger details held in the system are your proof of booking.

It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address. If you did not receive your confirmation, contact us and we will resend it.

You are responsible for entering each passenger's details exactly as they appear on the travel document that will be used for the flight, including full name, passport or identity-document number, date of birth and nationality.

Carriers and border authorities may refuse travel if these details are incorrect or do not match the document. It is your responsibility to hold valid travel documents, visas and any other entry requirements for your trip.

Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and its regulations, a distance-sale transaction may be cancelled within 14 days of placing the order or receiving the booking confirmation, whichever is later - provided the cancellation is made at least 7 days (not counting rest days) before the flight or the date the service is provided.

For a cancellation that is not due to a fault or breach on our part, we may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the booking value or ILS 100, whichever is lower. The balance is refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of the request, and the accounting document is updated accordingly.

To cancel, contact us with your booking reference by phone at 052-765-1147 or via the contact form on the site. The full cancellation and refund terms also appear on the 'Cancellation and Refund Policy' page and are shown for your acceptance before payment. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected; if a flight is changed or cancelled by the carrier or operator, we will tell you as soon as we can and set out the options available, which may include a refund.

Your travel is subject to the conditions of carriage and schedules of the airline or charter operator for the trip. Flight times, aircraft and routings may change for operational, weather, safety or regulatory reasons.

The operator acts as the seller of the seat and is not responsible for matters that are within the carrier's control under its own conditions of carriage.

Lokation Tours (Masa'i) and anyone on its behalf shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damage caused to the customer or to a third party as a result of using the website or the service purchased through it, or from relying on information or content shown on it. Any information or content on the site does not constitute professional advice, a recommendation or an opinion, and use of it is at the user's sole responsibility.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator's liability in connection with a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that are caused by events outside our reasonable control.

We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the service or in the law. The version that applies to your booking is the one published on this website at the time you book. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.

These terms and any dispute arising from them or from your booking are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
