Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy explains how to cancel a booking and when you are entitled to a refund. It applies to charter-flight seats and related travel services sold on this website and forms part of your booking contract. It does not reduce your statutory rights under Israeli consumer law.

Your statutory right to cancel
Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of a Transaction) Regulations, 2010, for a distance (online) transaction you may cancel within 14 days of making the booking or of receiving the confirmation document, whichever is later.
Flights and dated travel services
Because charter flights and travel services are provided on a specific date, the statutory cancellation right applies only if your cancellation is made within 14 days of booking AND at least 7 days, not counting rest days, before the date of departure or of the service.
If you book within 7 days of departure, or cancel less than 7 days before it, the statutory cancellation right does not apply, and any cancellation is then subject to the conditions of the airline or charter operator for your trip.
Cancellation fee
Where a statutory cancellation applies and the cancellation is not due to a fault, defect or breach on our side, we may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the booking value or ILS 100, whichever is lower. The remaining amount is refunded.
How to cancel
To cancel, contact us as early as possible with your booking reference: by phone at 052-765-1147, or through the contact form on this website. Your cancellation takes effect when we receive your request.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original means of payment within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, less any lawful cancellation fee. The tax document issued for the booking is adjusted accordingly.
Cancellations after the statutory period
After the statutory cancellation window has passed, or closer to departure, changes and cancellations are subject to the conditions of carriage and the terms of the airline or charter operator for your trip. Charter seats may be partly or wholly non-refundable. The terms that apply to your booking are shown before you pay and form part of your contract.
Cancellation or change by us or the carrier
If a flight is cancelled or significantly changed by us, by the carrier, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will notify you as soon as we can and set out the options available to you, which may include an alternative arrangement or a refund, in accordance with the law.
